Ukrainian allies promise new military assistance at €21 billion.
In a fresh round of military aid for Kyiv, Ukraine’s European partners have committed €21 billion ($24 billion; £18 billion) in what they have called “a critical year” for the conflict. Germany is providing more than half of this, totaling €11 billion in aid over four years. According to British Defense Minister John Healey, the
