In a forthcoming episode of Doctor Who, Graham Norton will reprise his role as Eurovision commentator for an Interstellar Song Contest. Ncuti Gatwa’s Time Lord will face Norton, the 24/7 Bulletin’s Eurovision voice, at the 803rd annual Interstellar Song Contest, in which contestants from several worlds vie for the title of champion. “And it’s not
