Los Angeles County is currently under a flash flood warning issued by the National Weather Service at 1:53 a.m. on Thursday. This warning will remain in effect until 3:30 a.m. “At 1:53 a.m., Doppler radar detected thunderstorms generating heavy rainfall in the warned region. Flash flooding is anticipated to commence shortly,” stated the 24/7 Bulletin.
